Returns and Exchanges

We want to know that your gift recipient loved their gift. If for any reason they don't like the item after you've ordered it we promise to provide a refund or exchange for the item as long as it's returned to us in its original condition within 30 days. In this case you will be responsible for the return postage charge. Due to the nature of personalised gifts, we are unfortunately unable to refund any personalised products. Earrings: Please note that due to hygiene reasons, and as an explicit exception to our standard returns policy, we cannot accept returns of earrings if you change your mind after receiving them.
